Park Model furnished one bedroom / one bath home which backs up to  a wooded area . A queen size bed in the Bedroom, a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room with a screen Florida Room, It features a washer and dryer, two television sets (Living room, Bed Room), fully equipped kitchen with towels and linens provided. Small dogs allowed with a pet deposit. First month and security deposit is required at the time of reservation. 

Seasonal rental 6 months or yearly .
Adult resort 40 + no children.
